Game schedules will be released after all teams are officially checked in and will be posted on Zorts.
THURSDAY – TEAM CHECK-IN
π Registration / Team Check-In
• Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Location: 2nd floor — take the escalator up to Social Square (see chart)
FRIDAY – CHECK-IN & ALL-ACCESS EVENT
π Late Registration (if needed)
• Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Location: Same as Thursday (Social Square – 2nd floor)

• Time: 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM
π Shuttle Service
• Shuttle buses will be available (with sufficient participation)
• Shuttle registration link will be shared early next week
SATURDAY – TOURNAMENT DAY
π Team Tailgate
• Time: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Includes: Food, music, and exclusive pre-mixed adult beverages
NATIONAL SHOWCASE INFORMATION
• Time: 1:00 PM
• Location: Canyon Springs High School

The National Showcase will only be conducted for age levels with two (2) teams. If other levels with 3 team or less wish to participate to enhance their tournament experience, at least 2 teams must agree.
• Participation in showcases for those levels is optional, not mandatory
• National Showcase competitions include:
• 7v7
• Big Man Challenge
• Fastest Man Competition
• Strongest Man Competition
SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION (ALL DAYS)
• Shuttle service will be available all three days, pending participation
• Provided to help families avoid high holiday rental car costs
• While convenient, shuttle service is not inexpensive, and participation helps keep this option available
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• Teams must be fully checked in before schedules are released
• Colored rooms will serve as team meeting rooms on a first-come, first-served basis
